Training

Training

Our work is our passion, and we love sharing it with others. That’s why we’ve created training programs, workshops, and classes for children, adolescents, and adults.

Our training courses benefit…

Business Offer

We organize sessions on how businesses operate in the digital realm. We demonstrate the mechanisms that help entrepreneurs manage and maintain their online image. We collaborate with employees and managers to develop common standards for navigating the virtual world. Each offer is tailored to meet the specific needs of the client.

Offer for School Boards and Parents

We have leveraged our experience in the virtual world to develop programs that support teachers and parents—the two groups most involved in guiding and educating young people. We create classes specifically for them, highlighting the opportunities the Internet offers and the potential dangers children may encounter.

Programs for Children and Youth

We offer a variety of classes for nearly all age groups, from first graders in elementary school to high school and college students. Each program is tailored to the specific needs of the school, class, or group. Among our most popular activities, we offer the following training:

Our Most Popular Training Programs:

Basic Principles of Safe Online Practices

The purpose of these classes is to teach the basics of safe Internet use. They are designed for younger participants and aim to:

These classes aim to help participants use Internet resources wisely and responsibly.

Countering hate speech

The goal of the program is to provide a comprehensive understanding of online hate speech and peer cyberbullying. During our classes, we offer students:

Our classes not only facilitate an understanding of the mechanisms of online activity but also equip participants with the competencies and tools necessary to effectively respond to such phenomena

Mobile Security Essentials

The aim of the classes is to raise awareness among young people about the responsible use of cell phones and to promote safe practices related to screen devices. The focus is on:

Our classes are designed to sensitize participants to protect both their devices and private data, emphasizing the importance of safe technology use and exploring alternative, secure ways to use screen devices.

Online Disinformation

The daily influx of vast amounts of information makes it challenging to distinguish between factual and fake content. As young people increasingly use the Internet as their primary source of information, it becomes crucial to teach them how to recognize genuine reports from artificially created ones. Together with young people, we aim to develop a critical approach to the materials they read as a tool for detecting disinformation. This fundamental skill helps avoid mistakes, prevents unconscious misinformation, and enables informed use of mass media.

Our class aims to introduce the phenomenon of ‘fake news’ through case studies. Participants will learn methods and tools for identifying fake news and receive tips for verifying visual materials, such as photos or videos, and news sources. We design the class so that participants will gain the ability to identify ‘fake news’ and develop a critical approach to the content they encounter.

Chat GPT Workshop

It is a language model trained on vast datasets to generate texts that sound human-written. Chat GPT can be used in many fields, such as customer service, content generation, and educational support. Our training includes:

Adolescence Support Program: Assertiveness and Self-Worth

This course targets students during the critical period of adolescence, a phase marked by significant identity changes that requires support in building a healthy sense of self-worth. The classes are separated by gender (girls/boys) to create a safer space for discussing topics relevant to each group. For girls, greater emphasis is placed on self-acceptance, coping with the pressure to be “perfect,” and emotional regulation. Boys focus on expressing emotions, managing peer pressure, and building cooperative relationships.

Visual Thinking and Sketchnoting: The Art of Effective Learning and Relaxation

This training equips teachers and students with the skills to create graphic notes (sketchnoting), transforming complex information into clear mind maps and icons. Supported by cognitive science research, including the Picture Superiority Effect and Dual Coding Theory, this method enhances memorization and knowledge organization. Participants will learn to use drawing for lesson planning, content presentation, and stress reduction. The training helps participants overcome fears of drawing, demonstrating that sketchnoting requires no artistic talent. Boost teaching effectiveness and provide students with a tool for independent thought organization.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Daily Life and Work

Discover the capabilities of Artificial Intelligence and master language models like ChatGPT, Gemini, or Grok to enhance your work and daily life. This practical training teaches you how to write effective prompts to obtain precise answers from AI. The program covers task automation, such as creating emails, schedules, and business or creative content. Participants will explore AI tools for graphics, writing, and brainstorming, as well as principles for ethical and safe technology use. You will also learn to recognize AI-generated content, avoid misinformation, and understand copyright issues. Practical exercises enable immediate application of AI to everyday challenges.

Digital Detective: Recognize and Fight AI SLOP Before Disinformation Drowns You

The internet is flooded with AI SLOP (low-quality, AI-generated content) that distorts reality and misleads users. This intensive training teaches you to become a digital detective, identifying fake AI-generated images and texts. You will learn to spot telltale errors, such as unnatural hands, anatomical distortions, or chaotic background elements. The training explains how AI SLOP can fuel disinformation and provides tools for verifying content authenticity. Ideal for journalists, marketers, parents, and children.

Canva Master: Graphic Design from A to Z

This training equips teachers with practical knowledge of the Canva platform quickly and effectively. Participants will master the program’s interface and learn essential functions for daily work. You will discover how to create and customize templates for specific lessons, from worksheets to informational posters. The course focuses on practical applications, such as designing infographics and diagrams to help students grasp complex concepts. You will also explore Canva’s potential for creating dynamic presentations with animations and transitions. Basic editing techniques enable quick photo modifications, background additions, and the creation of a personal library of icons and graphics. Additionally, you will learn to manage the educational account, including sharing projects for students to edit. Gain a tool that maintains consistent visuals in materials and significantly reduces preparation time.

Digital Independence: E-Services and Online Safety for Seniors

This practical training addresses the growing digitalization of public services and daily life. Its goal is to support seniors (65+) in confidently and securely using e-services. The program covers key tools such as “Profil Zaufany” (Trusted Profile) and the “mObywatel” application (the digital equivalent of a national ID card). Participants will learn to navigate the GOV.pl portal, use ePUAP for sending official letters, and access the Internet Patient Account for e-prescriptions and e-referrals. A key focus is digital security, including creating strong passwords, protecting against phishing and scams, and safeguarding the PESEL number (national identification number). Practical exercises and demonstrations empower seniors to gain independence and confidence in the digital world.
