The web works at lightning speed—all it takes is a single post, a fake account, a spoofed message “from the CEO,” or a manipulated recording, and a company begins putting out a fire that takes on a life of its own. In this installment of the program, we discuss what “online trouble” really means and how to distinguish criticism from an attack.
